How do I choose phrases from a transcript?

Choose the phrases a viewer would type to find this episode, using words the speaker actually says. RepurposeKit does not show search volume. Rankings for your own site stay in Search Console.

How to choose phrases

Start with the words the speaker repeats and the result the episode promises. A good phrase is specific. “How to brief a podcast editor” is more useful than “content tips”.

Put phrases you want to keep into brand voice as preferred words. Then edit the title and the newsletter subject so the phrase appears where a person actually reads it.

What this is not

RepurposeKit does not invent search volume or a rank tracker. Use Search Console or your podcast host for queries you already receive. Use the transcript to write the page or title that matches those queries.

Where should one phrase go?

Put an accurate phrase in the title or the subject line, and once in the opening. Do not repeat it in every sentence. Preferred words in brand voice are how you keep a phrase you like.

Questions

Does it show search volume?
No. It works from your episode. Volume and rank stay in Search Console or a keyword tool you already use.
Where should the keyword go?
Put it in the title or subject line if it is accurate, and once in the opening. Do not repeat it in every line.
Can I override the wording?
Yes. Preferred words and the final edit are yours. The model should not add claims that are not in the source.
